   It is hard for us to give you a right estimate,but we’ll try to do that by having all the information that we need to know regarding your place .We will  ask you a few simple questions, either trough our website or just simply by calling us,so we can have a general idea of what type of cleaning you want us to do.

  Recurring Cleaning Services Rates/Once a week

  By-weekly Cleaning Services/Twice a month 

  Once a month  Cleaning  Services (less then 42 days) 

   One time   / Move In / Move Out  Cleaning Services

These prices include the cleaning of one kitchen, one bathroom, one living room,one dinning room .

There is $10 for each additional room/bathroom .

 What is NOT Included:

   Moving heavy furniture and/or appliances,we do not go higher than a step stool.
· Cleaning inside closets (we do not want to move/touch your personal items).
· Washing dishes by hands.
· Washing/scrubbing walls.
· Cleaning or change shelf liners.
· Laundry services.
· Cleaning pet areas .
. We do not remove the rust.

    Once the initial cleaning is done, we may then offer you a maintenance cleaning. Because most of the truly evil grime is now gone, all we have to do is make sure that it does not come back. Recurring cleanings often cost $45-$140 per week (if you want weekly service). Just be sure to ask for a quote.

     As for weekend and evening cleaning, you may have to pay a premium for this work. It is  the price of a regular cleaning plus 10% for a Saturday & 50% for Sundays . However, if you need a rush cleaning, we will get the job done on a moments notice (ask for price).

In turn, this allows you to enjoy reduced costs and increased convenience. NO LONG-TERM CONTRACT IS REQUIRED for you to take advantage of our regular services, we can simply offer better pricing and convenience based on the frequency of your orders.

    However, please remember that if you go without cleaning for more than 42 days, the next cleaning will be considered first time cleaning.
